Bridge and city of Millau

Yes. we are finally free from school. For two months no textbooks, no homework, no teachers and no alarm. It is time for sunbathing, shopping, going out, swimming and going on a holiday. Lucky for me I have a job in a pub and not in some boring supermarket. I also get paid more than most of my age which means . . . . buying more clothes!!

At 21 July I am going to Spain together with my boyfriend. We are going to Macisvenda a little town near the beach. My boyfriends parents have there a house with swimming pool and we are staying there for one week. After that week we are going to Millau a city in the South of France. We are staying there for one week in a tent.  I seriously have never slept in a tent. Well, I think that will be a great challenge. Millau seems to be a nice city so I think, we will sit at a good location. Hopefully the weather will be very good.

City: Utrecht

Even though it rained, I went with two really good friend to Utrecht. Just to socializing but obviously also to visit some shops. First we went to the 'Trick and Treats' a sweets shop and it was amazing.

This is the beautifull shop, it doesn't look only amazing from the outside the inside is also very stylish. When you walk trough the shop you see all kinds of goodies. What I personnally really enjoy are the bright colors trough the whole shop. So if you are ever in Utrecht go to this shop. It located at Steenweg 9.

And ofcourse we had to buy something. For 4,95 we had five macarons. From left to right: green pistachio, orange passion fruit, pink raspbeery. blue vanilla and yellow mango. My favourite is the blue one, vanilla! Besides macarons they sell more. They have special chocolate, cupcakes, cookies and more. I have never eat something like a macerone but this one was very delicous.

Also during my trip to Utrecht I came to this shop: Italini. A beautifully store with the best ice flavours. They also sell smoothies like the picture. I chose the flavour: mango, pineapple and mandarin. And it was a refreshing taste. Besides smoothies and ice cream, they sell also delicous coffee and waffles ( dutch: stoopwafels ). It is located at 215 Nobelstraat and it is defenitly woth to watch when you are in Utrecht.

Big Day

Congratulations to everyone who has heard the good news today. After days of nerves finally there was the redeeming answer. Fortunately, many have succeeded. But there are always people with less good news. I wish these people lot of strength.

But now starts the summer and enjoy this free time without school!
